Why we do it

What I love most about recruiting is having the opportunity to help athletes turn their dreams of playing post-secondary volleyball into reality. I love getting to know athletes from all across Canada, learning about their goals both on and off the court, and helping them discover the right school and volleyball program for their future.

Having gone through the recruiting process myself, I understand how exciting, but also overwhelming, the experience can be. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is watching athletes grow throughout the process, explore new opportunities, and ultimately find a place where they can succeed academically, athletically, and personally.

For me, recruiting is about more than just finding a spot on a roster. It’s about helping athletes take that next step toward their future with confidence, knowing they’ve found the right fit.
